Slabwork Superintendent | Estimator
Toby grew up on a beef and grain farm in Ottertail county. Through his high school years, he realized he liked construction, math, people, and being able to do a wide variety of things inside and outside. He joined Camrud-Foss in 1986, after receiving a Construction Management degree from Moorhead State University. After a few years working on the jobsites as a crew member, he began doing more estimating and project managing. In 1996, Toby became a partner in the company when one of the three owners retired. In 2004, Toby became the President of the company. He continues to oversee the daily operations of the company, and spends much of his time estimating, project managing, and coordinating the flatwork crews. When away from work, Toby enjoys family time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also is a firm believer in volunteering in community organizations and church related activities.
